There are two information centers within the complex: one, located before the mall, the other, Marina San Carlos information center, located along the marina.
Post office
Located in the kiosk outside the mall and the marina. Opens Mon - Sat from 11:00 am – 2:00pm.

Inside the community there are no bank establishments, nevertheless there are 24h ATMs.
Museum
The Explorations and Aquatic Sports Club of Mexico holds nautical treasures collected mainly from shipwrecks.
